Refund policy

If something is not right with your order, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will review the request and explain the next step.

1. Request a return

   Message us with your name, the phone number used for the order, your order number if available, and the reason for the return. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, include clear photos.

2. Get return instructions

   Support will confirm where and how to return the item. Please do not send anything back before receiving those instructions.

3. We inspect the item

   Once we receive the item, we will inspect its condition and confirm whether the return is approved and how much will be refunded.

4. Return delivery fee

   If the return is approved, a $3 return delivery fee is deducted from the refund amount.

5. Cash on Delivery refunds

   Because payment is Cash on Delivery, there is no card transaction to reverse. If your refund is approved, support will confirm the amount and refund method. Processing may take a few business days.
